Why is there a minimum order value?

To ensure trade custom only we reserve the right to set a minimum order amount of £100 on UK orders and £200 on orders outside of the UK. Top

How soon will I receive my order?

Your order will be with you within 7 working days (from the day your payment clears) Top

Can I return the goods if I am not happy?

You can but at your own expense and returns must be received within 10 days from the date of delivery. You must email us within 48 hours of your intention to return. Top

What is the shipping cost within the UK?

We charge a flat rate of £8.95 per order. Top

Are your vintage belts actual vintage?

Yes they are so please expect some minor wear from these collections. They are taken from storage and although have never been worn have been around for quite some time! Top

Are your belts real leather?

To keep our prices down unless otherwise stated our belts are made from a quality immitation leather. Any real leather belts are listed as such. Top

I am not in the UK can I still order from TLT Wholesale?

We do accept International orders. All non UK orders must be paid for via bank transfer. Shipping costs will be given once the order has been placed and will depend upon the weight and size of the parcel. Please contact us via the contact page should you wish us to email you an International order form. Top

Which courier do you use?

We send via Parcelforce 48 or DHL.  Top

What are your payment options?

You can choose to pay via purchase order. In this case you need to send us a cheque within 7 days and once cleared your goods will be despatched. You can pay with your credit/debit card securely online. We use Protx to process your card payment which is a secure payment gateway so you can shop with complete confidence. Top
